Jed Miller – Los Angeles County, Long Beach Personal Trainer – As a Los Angeles and Long Beach Personal Trainer I absolutely love to train my clients in LA and the surrounding areas!  In addition to my private personal training studio I love to train my clients outside using free weights, resistance bands, kettle bells and body weight exercises.  My clients get results 100% of the time when they follow my staem correctly.  My specialized exercise system is known as M3C® Mixed Method Muscle Confusion.  I also train outdoors year round, in addition to indoor private training.  In home Personal Training in LA and Long Beach is also an option for my clients who lead extremely busy lives and have no time to come to my studio or train with me outside.  The weather is almost always perfect for outdoor sessions. My clients enjoy exercising with me near the beach or in their homes, home gyms or apartment fitness facilities. My training style is unique and highly effective for fast results. I know that no two clients are exactly the same and in order to produce individual results every client should have an individual fitness program.

I’ve had great success in Long Beach and the Los Angeles area because my clients get results and keep coming back for more. My wonderful clients always share their results with others…hey, we all want bragging rights, and they love to tell their friends and family what they are able to accomplish.  The bottom line for a personal trainer comes down to one simple question – is a client getting noticeable results in a short amount of time? My personal training style combined with the hard work of my clients means the answer is always YES!

I live what I consider a dream life as a fitness trainer, boot camp instructor and Beachbody Coach and it just keeps getting better! Starting a new training program with me is easy and hassle free. Your complimentary fitness evaluation includes a consultation and an exercise session so I can determine our starting point and start working on our plan for success. Your introductory training session helps me to determine your current physical condition and it also gives you a preview of my training style. After your first workout I’ll design an exercise and nutrition plan specifically for you. Your goals and time-line are very important to me. I’ll also consider any injuries or concerns you have, in order to further customize your routine. The routine and workout plans I design can not be found in a fitness ‘how to’ book or on an exercise training video that’s collecting dust on a shelf in your house, this will be your plan for success, designed for optimal results in a short period of time.
